Duration & grace
B.Sc. LT is a 3 year (6 Semester) Course. A student can take
up to a maximum of 6 years to complete the Course.
In each year, BscLT covers 2 semesters and is structured in
a convenient and modular way making provision for the
optional exit qualifications of Diploma in Language Teaching
at the end of the fourth semester. Such a provision would
mean flexibility and convenience for those who decide to opt
out of the course, midway.
A successful conclusion of Semester 5 & 6 makes the student
eligible for the final certification. The exit qualification
here is the degree of BSc.LT.
If a student fails to clear one or more paper(s), he/she has
to reappear for the relevant paper by applying to the
University through the re-sitting application along with
relevant fees, within the due date specified by the
University. Maximum duration to clear back-logs is 6 years.
